Exchange Policy
At NudyBars, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we offer a seamless exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Products purchased during sale/discount may not be eligible for exchange unless specified.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Intimate wear / bodysuits / innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Accessories (if applicable)
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
3. Exchange Process
• To initiate an exchange, please email us at barsnudy@gmail.com or use the Exchange Request option on our website.
• Mention:
• Order ID
• Reason for exchange
• Required size/product
• Once approved:
• Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (subject to service availability), or
• You may be asked to self-ship the product.
4. Exchange Conditions
• Exchange is allowed for:
• Size issues
• Defective or damaged products
• Incorrect item received
• All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the requested size/product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
5. Shipping Charges
• A reverse shipping fee may be applicable and will be deducted from store credit (if applicable).
• In case of defective or incorrect products, no charges will be applied.
6. Quality Check
• All returned items go through a quality inspection.
• If the product does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to the customer.
7. Important Notes
• We do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit.
• Slight color variations may occur due to photography/lighting.
• Minor thread variations or handwork irregularities are part of the product’s uniqueness.
