At NudyBars, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully quality-checked before dispatch. To maintain strict hygiene standards and product integrity, we follow a No Return Policy.
1. No Returns
• We do not accept returns on any products once they are delivered.
• All purchases are considered final sale.
2. Exchange Eligibility
While returns are not accepted, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be:
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In original condition with tags and packaging intact
• Exchanges are allowed only for:
• Size issues
• Defective or damaged products
• Incorrect item received
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Sale/discounted items (unless stated otherwise)
• Accessories and intimate wear (if applicable)
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
• In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images/videos as proof
• Once verified, we will offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
5. Important Notes
• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
• Minor irregularities in fabric, dye, or handwork are part of the product’s uniqueness and not considered defects.
• We strongly recommend checking the size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.
