At NudyBars, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We take pride in delivering high-quality products, carefully crafted and thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
• The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
Please note that due to hygiene and quality standards, certain items may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the website
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:
• Order ID
• Reason for return
• Clear images/videos of the product showing the issue
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Refund Policy
• Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and passed our quality inspection
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, and you will be required to share your bank details
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products, subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.
Quality Assurance
Each product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. We ensure that you receive premium quality pieces that meet our brand standards. Returns are carefully inspected to maintain fairness and quality control.
Cancellation Policy
• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
• Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
Shipping Charges for Returns
• If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost
• In all other cases, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please:
• Check with your bank/payment provider
• Contact us with your order details for assistance
Important Notes
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
• Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences and are not considered defects
